They’re all signals from your inner child. This is the part of you that experienced rejection. It also felt comparison or emotional neglect long before this relationship even began.

Healing begins when you pause and ask:

“What does my inner child need right now?”

This simple awareness creates space. It helps you stop reacting and start responding — with compassion.
